Sweet Sweet Brownies

'Sweet Brownies', what comes into your mind automatically will be a piece of rich and moist chocolate cake, cut into square, and top with a mouth watering vanilla ice-cream. Just like this...

Or this, top with some caramel sauce....

Or better still, when it is made into mud-pie, like this....

When I was small, I love to read fairy tales. Not like Cinderella or Snow White, but more on pixies and gnomes. Then I remember once I read about Brownies too, not the chocolate cake lah...

Brownie is also a legendary kind of creature popular in folklore around Scotland and England.
Customarily brownies are said to inhabit houses and aid in tasks around the house. However, they do not like to be seen and will only work at night, traditionally in exchange for small gifts or food. They take quite a delight in porridge and honey. They usually abandon the house if their gifts are called payments, or if the owners of the house misuse them. Brownies make their homes in an unused part of the house. They were also known as the guardians of dragons. They look just like this...
